DAOgether is a workspace where you can meet, discuss, write and talk – all in one tool. Think of it as a new software class combining videoconferencing, presentation software and google docs. You get five rooms per subscription so you can build a “floor” of permanent rooms of you like and walk from room to room.
Meetings with trust
You can vote on minutes and proposals and write-protect them. Our optional identity check (Video ID based on a session where you show an authorized ID document like your passport) gives other people more safety that your account is bound to an existing person who is you. Roadmap: We can save the results of proposals, attendees etc to the Polygon Blockchain. The content may be saved to IPFS, too, so it is independent from TOGETHER: even if we would “vanish” you can proof your minutes, decisions and proposals.
Sell invites for your events
Our ticket manager will allow you to create tickets (NFTs) for your attendees and sell these to them. You can even allow them to re-sell and participate on every sale. This is how you can be fully booked at the optimum price. (We keep 20%)

What is DAOgether?
DAOgether is the only tool that allows you to talk, present and write together on ideas, minutes and proposals without any problems. Of course, we can also do video conferencing.
Why, “DAO” in your name?
Decentralized Anonymous Organizations often need more communication that just some clicks for allocations. So we built a near-feature-complete meeting tool (we are not an MVP or “VC hack”) with organizations in mind who can be pseudonymous (just wallet needed), want secure data and make binding statements. On the other hand many people need safer communications e.g. without fake accounts. We are starting with essentials for small DAOs but our roadmap is fully packed with curiosity, ideas and features.
How can I get DAOgether?
Now you must join the waiting list. We will invite you when it’s your turn, and step by step we will activate more and more interested people. In a few months we will be able to make the system available to large numbers of users.
Why should I log in with a wallet?
Because you don’t have to enter a mail address and password, we are more secure (most people use same passwords) and there is nothing you have to remember. In addition, we can still implement important functions with the wallet, for example verifiable voting, secure event tickets, encrypted content.
I have the XY-Wallet - will it work?
We will be connecting other wallets over the course of the next few months. For now, we’ve gone with MetaMask because it’s very common - and it’s easy to use. If you don’t have MetaMask, install it, it’s not complicated.
Can I also pay in Crypto Coins?
Good question ;-). We are planning this.
What do you mean by "Hardcore German Privacy"?
We host in Germany, we are data-saving, we don’t share any data, we don’t need any marketing or tracking cookies. We are working on certification.
What does DAOgether cost?
Our prices depend a lot on how many users are willing to pay. At the moment we are aiming for a monthly price of 19 EUR per room owner incl. VAT for 5 rooms. If you need more rooms, we offer a volume discount. Guests to these rooms are free. For 3 room owners and more there will be a teams plan.
What can I do with the demo account?
Currently you don´t a demo account because using the beta is free. Demo accounts are only available after the beta phase. The demo account is then valid for 30 days, after which it expires and your seat is downgraded. You can prevent this by taking out a monthly subscription.
Who is behind DAOgether?
We are a team of a dozen digital professionals. There is nothing „behind“: we worked hard for more than a year, paid the cost ourselves and with business angels.

The people and ideas behind DAOgether.
- Our mission: Moving organizations forward through better meetings
CoCo, the company behind DAOgether, was founded with the vision of the better meetings where people come into the flow: speaking, showing and writing as the basic forms of communication that everyone can do. “Flow” is where you feel no barriers and can concentrate on people and content.
During the first prototypes our founder Christoph Kappes found out that good tools need to help make decisions, because every organization is totally driven by decisions – meetings are the heart of organizations and the heart of a meeting is to get people aligned so they help to make decisions which are well-reasoned, balanced and clear: this needs writing on textboards during the meeting.
After we found that we need to prove decisions, prove meeting minutes, prevent abuse and hacks we were totally flashed when we recognized the technical framework and concept of Web3. So, we began the journey of a next generation meeting tool with video, collaboration and a new layer of trust. But: we are not a decentralized system; we built Ledger features step by step because we are driven by use cases, not technology.
So let us take you with us on our journey to a next generation meeting tool with collaboration and a new layer of trust. There is still a lot to do. But the universe is waiting for us to fix 20-year-old broken concepts of “meeting tools”.
